• Tasawwur Facilitator Aditi Rao reflects on yesterday's rehearsal: The day's exercise is simple enough: once the group has arrived at a quiet, focused energy through a series of theater exercises, I lead them through a guided tour down memory lane -- lots of open-ended questions about the different journeys that have led each of us to this moment in this room (eyes closed, soft music, you know that kind of space). After ten minutes or so of memories and inwardness, another ten minutes to write, draw, or just sit in silence -- however each person best processes what they are feeling.   • Tasawwur founder Aditi Rao is currently in Nepal helping to facilitate CONTACT South Asia, a conflict-transformation and peacebuilding training program for professionals from across South Asia. Here's her update after a session profiling Tasawwur as a peacebuilding intervention in Delhi: "Had such a fantastic time sharing the peace pedagogy of Tasawwur at CONTACT South Asia. Bringing together these two initiatives so close to my heart has got to be one of the most fulfilling professional moments of the year. So much gratitude. Also, a participant from Kabul wants to bring Tasawwur to Afghan teenagers. He's confident he can raise the funds and wants support on the hows of the intergroup artistic work we do.
